The least amount of slope should be considered while designing the disability ramp, keeping in mind that it will also be used by pedestrians pushing strollers, visually impaired individuals, elderly people who have trouble walking, and wheelchair users.

The following recommendations apply to the slope, length, and height of disabled ramps:

Slope of ramp  (h)height  / (l) length.

h: less than 15 cm max. slope 1:10  (%10)

h: between 16 cm – 50 cm max. slope 1:11 (%9)

h: between 51 cm – 100 cm max. slope 1:12 (%8)

h: more than 100 cm max. slope 1:16 (%6)  olmalıdır.
